This private reference site operates independently of government. It does not hold official criminal records, retrieve files, perform official checks, or submit documents for a visitor.

Its content identifies the Gwinnett County Sheriff, county courts, Georgia Bureau of Investigation's Georgia Crime Information Center, and Georgia Sex Offender Registry as official sources. Some pages also connect visitors to outside research tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

You agree that you will not:

• Break any federal, state, or local law while using this site
• Use information you find here to stalk, harass, or threaten anyone
• Base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on content from this site
• Try to break into our systems or gain access you are not supposed to have
• Run bots, scrapers, or automated tools against our pages
• Do anything that slows the site down or blocks other people from using it

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

You may not use information found here or through a linked tool to stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or discriminate against another person. Misuse may also violate the law. This rule applies with particular force to Georgia Sex Offender Registry information governed by O.C.G.A. §42-1-12. The registry supports lawful public-safety awareness and does not authorize retaliation, vigilantism, or discrimination.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not generate background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports of any kind. Neither we nor our advertising partners provide services built for screening job applicants, reviewing rental applications, calculating insurance rates, or judging creditworthiness. You agree not to use data from this site or any linked tool to:

• Decide whether to hire or fire someone
• Screen potential renters or housing applicants
• Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
• Determine who qualifies for licenses, permits, or government programs
• Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules

A legally permitted FCRA-regulated check must come from an appropriate compliant provider, not from this site or its general-reference tools.

Gwinnett County Criminal History or its content partners own the site's text, graphics, logos, and code. Written permission is required before copying, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative work from that material.

Georgia law governs these terms. That includes the Georgia Open Records Act, O.C.G.A. §§50-18-70 through 50-18-77, for requests to government custodians and O.C.G.A. §35-3-35 for dissemination of Georgia criminal-history information. Neither law turns this private site into a government records office. Any dispute arising from use of the site must be filed in a court located in Georgia.

We can limit or block your access to this site at any time, for any reason, with no warning.

14. Severability

If a court rules that any part of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the rest stand. The problem section gets adjusted only as much as needed to make it work.
